The Meadow Pointe BOS has approved the use of PVC Mail Box Post as an option to residents. There is a sample of the PVC post at the clubhouse. We also have the name and contact information of the vendor that installs them. Maintaining your mailbox and post is a part of the deed restrictions of Meadow Pointe. This is a reminder to all residents to clean and maintain your mailbox.
If you are in need of mail post repair or painting, please EMAIL the Meadow Pointe Community Council at MP1CC@yahoo.com. Your community council group can provide either the wooden OR PVC type posts for all MP1 residents. If you are looking to repaint your mail box post yourself below are the Approved Paint Colors: Mail Post: Behr/Pecan Sandie 700C-3 or Glidden Beige GLC111, Mail Post Trim: Adventure PPG1151-6.
