The Board allocated a total of $547,000 for this project (including site work and utilities). These funds were accumulated over a period of about three years by combining capital improvement funds, making cuts in or eliminating other budget items and through the accumulation of unanticipated revenue to the General Fund. It is anticipated that the new facilities will be completed by the spring of 2010. No disruption to the clubhouse operations, pool, tennis courts, or volleyball courts is anticipated during construction. This project will make it possible to hold private parties and meetings without interruption by visitors to the CDD office and fitness facility users. |

September, 2009: The Board of Supervisors approved a bid submitted by CRS Building Corporation to convert the open air racquetball courts to an indoor racquetball court and a fitness center and attach a new building to house the CDD office, an additional meeting/party room and restrooms.
