Meadow Pointe is a great family-oriented community located in Pasco County just north of the Hillsborough County Line. More than 1800 acres of land make up this wonderful community with several hundred acres designated as conservation area.

Residents of Meadow Pointe often take the time to relax and enjoy their day in one of the many swimming pools, or mingle in a social atmosphere in the community clubhouses. There are beautifully maintained Tennis Courts, Basketball courts, Volley ball Courts and community clubs available to Meadow Pointe residents.

Check out all the clubs & activities, there’s sure to be something for you and your family. If you have an idea for an activity, residents are free to start other clubs and meet in the clubhouses.

Meadow Pointe Community Development Districts

Meadow Pointe is set up as Community Development District (CDD or District) funded through an assessment which appears on each property owner’s tax bill. Though not materially different from a non-CDD community, the CDD gives residents a higher standard of recreational amenities and landscaping than would have otherwise been possible. Residents know that today’s community maintenance standards continue in the future!

Within Meadow Pointe, there are 4 residential/commercial CDDs, and 1 wholly commercial CDD, which are governed separately. Depending where you live, you will fall under one of these CDDs. Residents are issued ID cards which allow them to access the different club houses and recreation facilities.
