FY 2011 Budget and Assessments: During the September 2, 2010 CDD Meeting, the Board of Supervisors approved the budget for FY 2011 (Oct 2010 – Sept 2011). For the third year in a row, the residential assessment will not increase.

Garage Sale scheduled for October 9
A great time to clean out the garage! The Meadow Pointe CDD Community Garage Sale will be held on Saturday, October 9th from 8 – 2. Residents in all eleven (11) villages are invited to participate, and there is no cost. Goodwill will have a truck in the MP1 clubhouse parking lot for any unsold treasures from 9 am to 4 pm the day of our garage sale. Remember your trash could be someone’s treasure, and your goodwill donations help change lives!
A Practice Wall for Tennis & Lacrosse
It has been approved, the plans have been drawn, and we should have the wall ready for practice by the end of the year! The practice wall will be located on the tennis courts behind the volleyball court.
Stay tuned, other uses may include family movie nights!
And what a fair it was!
The Meadow Pointe Community Council hosted its annual Community Fair in conjunction with the grand opening of the new Fitness Center on Saturday, March 27th at the new MP1 Fitness Center & Clubhouse! Pasco County Commissioner, Pat Mulieri came to officially open our new Fitness Center & Clubhouse, which boasts of an 800 sq ft indoor racquetball court, an 800 sq ft exercise room, a meeting room and office. Many thanks to the Meadow Pointe Community Council and CDD for this very successful event.
